Booking Info

Changeover day
The apartment will be ready at 4pm on the day if your arrival. Check out is by 11am. If you require a late check out, please contact us and we may be able to arrange something ,depending on the arrival of the next guests.

Cleaning/laundry change.
The apartment will be cleaned and laundry changed once per week.

Prices are quoted per week in pounds for the apartment. Out of season available, please contact us for details.

Booking

A non refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with settlement in full, 8 weeks before your departure date. We do require a refundable security deposit, as security against any damaged caused to fixtures and fittings during your stay, this will be returned to you in full if there are no issues.
